Public Construction Project Manager - Manhattan, NY
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is based in Manhattan and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Description
- Lead and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion within the property industry.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.
- Resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and project teams in Manhattan.
