Description

The Commercial HVAC - Superintendent/Foreman - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Leading the new Commercial HVAC division and reporting to senior operations leadership

• Managing and growing a team starting with 5 direct reports, expanding to 8

• Building and maintaining project schedules

• Selling HVAC services into commercial business clients

• Being hands-on with the crew as needed

• Overseeing commercial duct installations on projects sized $500K-$1M, including schools, storage facilities, and hotels

Profile

The Commercial HVAC - Superintendent/Foreman - Ralwigh should have:

• 10-15 years of HVAC experience with a strong commercial background

• Proven ability to build and maintain project schedules

• Experience selling HVAC services into business clients

• OSHA 30, Forklift certification, and Procore software experience

• Strong leadership skills with direct team management experience

• Familiarity with commercial duct installs on mid-size projects

• Based in Raleigh or within a 2-hour commuting radius (no remote/hybrid options)

Job Offer

The Commercial HVAC - Superintendent/Foreman - Raleigh will receive:

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $95,000
