The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in food or beverage manufacturing, and expertise in operations management and continuous improvement.

Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the beverage manufacturing plant to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Manage full P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and cost control initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Drive a culture of safety, quality, and performance within the plant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with company objectives.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics to ensure operational success.

Profile

A successful Director of Operations should have:

  • Proven experience in plant management within the food or beverage manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Expertise in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulations, and safety compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive culture change and performance improvements
