Seeking an Estimator to support preconstruction across multifamily and housing projects. This role focuses on cost planning, bid execution, and collaboration with a growing team.

A full-service general contractor specializing in large-scale residential construction, including multifamily, affordable housing, and senior living. The firm delivers design-build, renovation, and construction services, with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Description

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals

* Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor pricing

* Support preconstruction team across multiple projects

* Collaborate with operations on budgets and scope alignment

* Maintain accurate cost databases and reporting tools

Profile

* 2-10 years' estimating experience in construction

* Background in multifamily projects required

* Experience with a general contractor required

* Strong analytical and cost management skills

* Effective communicator in team environments

Job Offer

Salary: $90,000-$130,000 + benefits

* 3 weeks PTO + 1 week personal + 13 holidays

* 401(k) match + health, dental, vision (or $500 stipend)
