Description

• Work with the sales team closely to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers on customer order details, on time deliveries and overall client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Help with order entry details, invoicing and payments.
• Manage and lead the customer service team to ensure top-notch support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work with finance / accounting on customer orders, accounting and bookkeeping.

Profile

A successful Customer Service / Accounting Specialist should have:

• 1-3 years in a customer service, order entry or accounting role.
• Willingness to wear many hats and take on tasks outside of your regular job description.
• Strong interpersonal / customer facing skillset.
• Excellent communication.
• Experience with accounting / finance and basic bookkeeping.
• Experience in customer service or order entry within the industrial/manufacturing industry a huge plus.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools or other accounting software a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
