Project Manager - top ENR South Florida builder

This Project Manager role oversees planning and execution of complex construction projects in South Florida. You will independently manage scope, cost, and schedule across multiple stakeholders.

Description

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Control budgets, schedules, and contract compliance
* Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
* Lead tilt-up and concrete-intensive scopes
* Serve as primary client and internal reporting lead

Profile

• 8+ years PM experience with South Florida GCs
* Tilt-up construction background required
* Commercial, industrial, office, and ALF experience
* Miami-Dade County market expertise
* Fluent English; Spanish preferred
