Billing Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join a dynamic legal department within a global law firm. The ideal candidate will manage billing functions effectively and ensure timely and accurate financial processes.

Description
- Manage the preparation and distribution of client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with company billing policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the legal department to address billing discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain accurate billing records and update client information as needed.
- Provide support during audits by preparing and organizing billing documentation.
- Generate billing reports and present them to management as required.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and clarity.
Profile
A successful Billing Coordinator should have:
- Experience in billing or financial operations within a top 100 law firm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
- The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
Job Offer
