Project Manager - Luxury Custom Home Projects up to $15M on Cape Cod will be responsible for:
- Lead project planning and execution for high-end residential builds.
- Coordinate communication between architects, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project time lines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Address challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality and progress.
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Project Manager - Projects up to $15M will have:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager
- Background in Residential/Custom homes
- A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills
