Description
- Assume overall on-site leadership, coordination, and management of construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations, and proactively address any construction-related challenges that arise.
- Optimize resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and project efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders, fostering open communication and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Enforce stringent safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all project personnel.
Profile
