Description

The Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will:

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project goals efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Mechanical Construction should have:

  • 5-10 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Proven experience within the mechanical and/or HVAC experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate diverse teams.
