Project Manager - Multifamily Mid-Rise

A well-capitalized general contractor is hiring a Project Manager to oversee a $30M ground-up multifamily mid-rise project in Miami. This position offers autonomy, executive exposure, and the chance to support multiple projects as the business continues to grow.

Description

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
• Lead subcontractor procurement and contract administration
• Coordinate with ownership, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor cost controls, change orders, and risk mitigation
• Support project closeout and turnover processes

Profile

• Experience managing multifamily or mid-rise construction projects
• Track record with ground-up projects valued $20M-$50M
• Knowledge of South Florida construction market preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
