Description

• Coordinate and manage construction project schedules and budgets.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Assist in procurement and contract management processes.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Provide support during project handovers and final inspections.

Profile

A successful Construction APM should have:

• Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
