Construction APM - Public Projects $50M+
The Construction APM position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of projects within the business services industry. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to support construction projects from inception to completion in Boston.

- Projects throughout MA
- Academic, Multifamily Residential, Commercial, Civic, Retail, Senior Care, and Hospitality Facilities

Description
- Coordinate and manage construction project schedules and budgets.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Assist in procurement and contract management processes.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Provide support during project handovers and final inspections.

Profile
A successful Construction APM should have:
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
