National Account Manager - Non-Commercial Foodservice
This position in the seafood industry requires a results-driven professional to lead and grow sales operations within non-commercial foodservice business. This role is remote-based and focuses on developing strategies to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth across GPOs and non-commercial foodservice.

Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives within foodservice.
- Drive non-commercial foodservice revenue growth and increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prospect and bring on new national account business with GPOs such as Sodexo, Aramark, Premier, Compass and others.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a sales team to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.

Profile
A successful National Account Manager - Foodservice should have:
- Experience in sales within the seafood or protein industry.
- Experience selling value-added products.
- National accounts experience with GPOs and non-commercial accounts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and data.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
