Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and resource allocation
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe work environment for all personnel
• Monitor project progress and address issues to keep timelines and budgets on track
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Greenville should have:

• 5+ years of construction experience, including 2+ years as an Assistant Superintendent
• Strong knowledge of all phases of building construction and subcontractor scopes
• Ability to read blueprints and perform advanced layout
• OSHA 30 certification and basic knowledge of contract types
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
