Description

As a Project Executive, you will:

• Provide executive oversight for multiple construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality goals
• Lead contract negotiations and manage risk across all phases of the project
• Mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, fostering professional growth and team development
• Drive business development efforts, including proposal reviews and presentations
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for profitability

Profile

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Strong experience leading large scale commercial construction as a Project Executive
• Proven success managing multiple projects and client relationships
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and financial management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
