We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with 2-5+ years of experience, ideally with a background in Owner's Project Management (OPM) or Construction Management at Risk (CM at Risk). This role focuses on public projects, especially K-12 and higher education in Rhode Island, supporting project delivery with a hands-on approach and strong attention to financial oversight.

Description

The Assistant Project Manager responsibilities:

• Assist with the management and coordination of OPM/CM at Risk projects throughout Rhode Island.
• Support project teams in budget monitoring, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
• Help maintain quality, safety, and compliance on-site.
• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

Profile

The Assistant Project Manager will have:

• 2-5+ years of experience in OPM or CM at Risk roles
• Proven background on public sector projects, especially K-12, Higher Education, and Public Facilities.
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office are a must.
• Experience with Bluebeam and Procore highly preferred.
• Ability to manage financial risk with minimal margin for error.
• Commutable to the Warwick, RI office.
