Sr. Paralegal, Litigation - Antitrust

The Sr. Paralegal will play a key role in providing comprehensive legal and administrative support to the professional services department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.

Description

The Antitrust Paralegal is a key member of the antitrust practice group, supporting attorneys with HSR filing preparation, maintaining related files, and assisting case teams on complex antitrust matters. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

• Prepare HSR forms and attachments
• Track and maintain HSR and antitrust-related files and templates
• Coordinate communications and document transmissions with counsel and government agencies
• Assist with discovery projects, including second requests, document review, and deposition prep
• Organize and maintain case files; compile documents for ECF filings
• Review deposition transcripts and videos for errata
• Draft documents such as TOA/TOC
• Conduct online research and assist with additional case-related projects

Profile

A successful Sr. Paralegal should have:

• Strong understanding of the HSR submission process
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools (LexisNexis, Westlaw, PACER, CM/ECF)
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity)
• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of antitrust experience preferred
