HRIS Specialist
To support administration jobs for HRIS Team. This position is required to report HR T&A Senior Manager. The HRIS contractor position will focus on maintaining high data integrity and providing support for routine system tasks.

Description
HR Technology and Analysis Team
- Data entry for new hires, terms, data changes, data audits, any documentation and testing in Success Factors.
- Data entry and auditing for all the discrepancies of all new hires, transfers, salary changes, promotions, demotions, status changes, and terminations etc into SF working along with the other team member.
- Prepare user guides or any documentation required during accomplishing the data entry activities.
- Work closely with the existing HRIS team on helping with any kind of testing needed during any HRIS implementation projects.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative supports to HRIS Team
Job Specific Knowledge / Skills & Abilities
- HR System Data entry experience required
- Knowledge about SAP system ( PEGA / Concur ), Success Factors Employee Central preferred.
- Exposure and understanding of HR operations.
- Preferred experience working in global companies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Access
- A quick learner.
- Team player with a strong commitment to accomplishing tasks and goals.
- Ambitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible, respectful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Organized and autonomous, being able to multitask.
- Detail oriented.
- Customer-oriented and flexible.
- Must be discrete and maintain the highest confidentiality, professionalism and ethical standards in handling variety of HR information.
Profile
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of experience in a human resources department or performing similar responsibilities required
- 1+ years of Success Factors experience is highly preferred.
- 1+ years of PEGA, Concur experience is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- This position is fully remote.
Job Offer
- Highly desirable hourly rate
- A 12 month long contract position
- Fully Remote position, preferable to be located within the New York Region
- Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
