Project Manager - Multi-Family Tenant Improvement
We are seeking a Multi-Family Project Manager with at least 4 years of experience to oversee tenant improvement projects within our own multi-family developments. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our client is a fully integrated General Contractor and Developer based in Chicago, specializing in multi-family developments and tenant improvement projects. They manage every aspect of the development process-from design and construction to delivery-ensuring seamless execution and superior results.
Description
- Manage all phases of tenant improvement projects within multi-family developments.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee quality control and compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly.
- Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
Profile
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multi-family or tenant improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
