Project Manager/Analyst
The Project Manager/Analyst will oversee and manage property-related initiatives within the not-for-profit industry, ensuring that LIHTC projects are completed efficiently and meet organizational goals. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong underwriting and analytical skills and a passion for community-focused work.

Description
- Underwriting for ground up and preservation LIHTC deals
- Manage property-related projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform strategic decision-making within the property department.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Manage partnerships with other non-profits and developers as well as city agencies, general contractors, architects and designers.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies throughout all project phases.
- Support the development of proposals and funding applications related to property initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and presentations to leadership on project performance and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and impact.

Profile
A successful Project Manager/Analyst should have:
- Ground up project experience
- LIHTC or Section 8 experience
- Must have strong underwriting skills
- A strong background in development project management and data analysis.
- Knowledge of property-related regulations and processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working within the not-for-profit industry is a plus.
Job Offer
