Lead Superintendent - Denver - High Rises
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent with experience in leading ground-up high rise construction projects? Our nationally recognized team is hoping you'd be interested in joining them!

My client is a ground-up developer/builder who has been in the industry for over 50 years with an office in Denver. They strongly emphasize a fun family-oriented work culture with excellent perks. They have more backlog on their books now than ever before, and are looking for more self-starting motivated team members with high rise construction experience to grow within the company.
Description
Key Responsibilities
- Run/manage high rise construction project from start to finish
- Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Mentor and manage team members
- Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
- Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop site utilization and logistic plans
- Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism
Profile
The Successful Construction Superintendent:
- Completed 3+ high rise construction projects as a lead superintendent
- 15 - 20 years of experience in the construction industry as a superintendent
- Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software
- Experience with large ground up projects within Denver proper and dealing with local subcontractors and building codes.
Job Offer
