Description

• Manage higher-education, healthcare, and senior living projects
• Oversee both renovation and ground-up construction (ground-up preferred)
• Collaborate with Sr. PM and VP of Operations to ensure project success
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Utilize Bluebeam for project documentation and coordination
• Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager with a GC
• Strong tenure and proven ability to lead projects independently
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
