Description

• Lead and mentor a team of chemists
• Oversee QA/QC operations across two manufacturing shifts
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, HACCP, CGP, and PCQI standards
• Manage batch records, sanitation protocols, and internal/external audits
• Collaborate with the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain strong floor visibility and foster a culture of accountability and excellence

Profile

• Proven leadership in QA/QC within food or dietary supplement manufacturing
• Experience in gummy or candy gummy production is highly preferred
• Deep knowledge of regulatory standards and quality systems
• Strong communicator, collaborative, assertive, and confident
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with high visibility
