Description

Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage on-site construction activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects are completed according to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to meet project goals.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.
