Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee daily site operations, including manpower allocation and material usage.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or delays.
• Prepare and submit detailed progress reports to senior management.
• Mentor and train on-site construction staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site construction-related matters.
