Description

• Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.

• Drive project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Mentor and support project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.

Profile

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the healthcare construction sector.

• Proven track record of delivering hospital, medical office, or specialty healthcare projects.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and construction best practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
