Project Manager-Healthcare Construction
We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in healthcare construction to lead complex renovation and ground-up projects in Miami. This is an opportunity to oversee high-profile medical facility projects while working with a respected and growing general contractor.

Description
Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
Oversee compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Drive project meetings, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Mentor and support project teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
Profile
Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the healthcare construction sector.
Proven track record of delivering hospital, medical office, or specialty healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and construction best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
