Description
Key responsibilities for Sr. Superintendent OSHPD Construction in Los angeles
- Lead and manage OSHPD construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
- Review and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the construction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

Profile
A successful Sr. Superintendent OSHPD Construction should have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in building and construction, with at least 5 years in OSHPD healthcare projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities.
- Deep understanding of OSHPD regulations, inspections, and documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
