Description

Key responsibilities for Sr. Superintendent OSHPD Construction in Los angeles

• Lead and manage OSHPD construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Sr. Superintendent OSHPD Construction should have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in building and construction, with at least 5 years in OSHPD healthcare projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities.
• Deep understanding of OSHPD regulations, inspections, and documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
