Lead Superintendent - Ground Up Multifamily Projects
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee a high-profile ground-up multifamily projects in Portland, ME. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team where your leadership will directly impact project success and career growth.

Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up project in Portland, ME
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain workflow
- Communicate progress and challenges effectively to project stakeholders
- Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field staff

Profile
A successful Senior/Lead Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale ground-up projects
- Strong knowledge of multifamily or mixed-use construction; hotel or senior living experience a plus
- Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple trades effectively
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety standards
- Willingness to travel or work on-site in Portland, ME
