Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up/Industrial Construction
I'm working with a respected general contractor headquartered in Los Angeles that's looking for a Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up/Industrial Construction to lead industrial and tilt-up construction projects across the Los Angeles Metro Area including LA, OC, and the Inland Empire. Experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction is a strong bonus.

Description
- Leading field operations on large-scale industrial and tilt-up projects
- Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance
- Ensuring quality control and timely delivery across multiple job sites
- Collaborating with project managers and clients to maintain project goals
Profile
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up/Industrial Construction in industrial or tilt-up building and construction
- Deep knowledge of field operations, safety protocols, and construction sequencing
- Bonus: Experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with the Southern California construction market
Job Offer
- Senior Superintendent - Tilt Up/Industrial Construction
- Base Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 DOE
