Construction Superintendent

We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day‑to‑day field operations on commercial, institutional, and industrial projects. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes pride in delivering safe, high‑quality work.

Description

• Direct and supervise all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Monitor schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve field challenges

• Maintain clear communication with project managers, design teams, and clients

• Oversee site logistics, inspections, documentation, and daily reporting

• Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects

• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field coordination

• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain a safe, efficient jobsite

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills

• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

• A hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship
