Traveling Superintendet (Multi-family)

A nationwide traveling Multifamily Superintendent role delivering large-scale residential projects. You'll lead sites from mobilization through closeout with consistent work ahead.

A privately backed U.S. multifamily developer and builder with a long-term national pipeline. The business self-funds projects, providing stability, continuity, and repeat deployments for traveling leaders.

Description

* Lead ground-up multifamily projects from start to finish

* Oversee site safety, schedule, and quality execution

* Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries

* Partner closely with the Project Manager and executives

• * Prepare for redeployment to future projects nationwide

Profile

* 2+ full multifamily projects led as Superintendent

* Ground-up experience on $60M-$80M developments

* Willingness to travel nationwide between projects

* Strong knowledge of safety and schedule controls

* Clear communicator with site leadership presence

Job Offer

Base salary of $130,000-$170,000 plus incentives and allowances.

* $800 monthly vehicle allowance with fuel card

* Monthly subsistence support based on residence
