Project Manager - Large Scale Ground Up Multifamily

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

• Manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions as needed.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Ground Up Multifamily should have:

• 7+ years of experience managing large-scale multifamily projects
• Proven ability to lead ground-up construction projects
• Strong financial and contractual management skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Navisworks, Bluebeam preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
