Description

• Oversee concrete construction operations on major projects.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, and project meetings.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews.
• Report directly to the Senior Superintendent.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in concrete construction.
• Proven track record on large-scale projects across multiple sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and budgets effectively.
