Description

• Lead preconstruction efforts for large-scale commercial, healthcare, and life science projects
• Manage estimating for conceptual bids
• Collaborate closely with project managers, field teams, and executives to align on project strategy
• Support growth of the Indianapolis office through strategic project delivery
• Maintain strong communication across internal teams and subcontractors
• Utilize company systems and tools (e.g., P6, Vista, E2, MC2) to manage estimating workflows
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on long-term development and quality execution

Profile

• Brings deep experience in preconstruction and estimating across commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors
• Strong tenure at past employers
• Skilled in conceptual estimating, with strong attention to detail and cost strategy
• Proven ability to lead internal teams and collaborate with project managers, field staff, and executives
• Comfortable using industry-standard tools and systems (e.g., P6, Vista, E2, MC2)
