Superintendent - Charlotte, NC
TOP GC with strong pipeline in healthcare and higher-ed projects is seeking a Superintendent to manage large, complex institutional projects in the Charlotte market. Ideal for a leader experienced in technical, ground‑up environments.

Description
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites in Charlotte, NC.
- Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders as required.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the construction site.
- Resolve any on-site challenges to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Profile
- A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience
- Background in large healthcare or higher-ed builds
- Strong field leadership and communication skills
- Experience with top-tier commercial contractors preferred
