Assistant Superintendent - Luxury Residential

The Assistant Superintendent will support the on-site management of high-end luxury residential projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and safety standards are met from start to finish. Description

• Assist the Superintendent with daily on-site operations for luxury residential projects

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards

• Maintain project schedules and assist with short-term planning and look-ahead schedules

• Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Participate in inspections, punch lists, and quality control walkthroughs

• Communicate effectively with project managers, designers, and ownership teams

Profile

• 3+ years of experience working on luxury residential or high-end custom home projects in South Florida

• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, detailing, and residential construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Proactive, organized, and hands-on with a strong sense of urgency

• Excellent communication skills and a professional presence on high-profile job sites

• OSHA certification preferred
