Superintendent- Tilt Wall Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in tilt wall construction to lead large-scale industrial, warehouse, and self-storage projects from ground-up through completion.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from site prep to project closeout.

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control for tilt wall projects.

• Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and design intent.

• Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance across the site.

• Conduct daily reports, progress meetings, and schedule updates.

• Resolve field challenges proactively and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and engineers.

• Lead by example, promoting teamwork and a high-performance culture on-site.

Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of Superintendent experience with tilt wall construction.

• Proven track record managing industrial, warehouse, or self-storage projects from start to finish.

• Strong understanding of structural concrete, steel erection, and site logistics.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• OSHA certification and strong safety management background.

• Ability to interpret construction documents, schedules, and technical drawings.

• Local experience in Florida construction preferred
