Superintendent- Tilt Wall Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in tilt wall construction to lead large-scale industrial, warehouse, and self-storage projects from ground-up through completion.

Description
Oversee all on-site construction activities from site prep to project closeout.
Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and quality control for tilt wall projects.
Coordinate directly with the Project Manager, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications and design intent.
Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance across the site.
Conduct daily reports, progress meetings, and schedule updates.
Resolve field challenges proactively and communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and engineers.
Lead by example, promoting teamwork and a high-performance culture on-site.
Profile
Minimum 7+ years of Superintendent experience with tilt wall construction.
Proven track record managing industrial, warehouse, or self-storage projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of structural concrete, steel erection, and site logistics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA certification and strong safety management background.
Ability to interpret construction documents, schedules, and technical drawings.
Local experience in Florida construction preferred
