Owner Representative - Manufacturing
This position will act as an Owner's Representative, managing complex construction projects from planning through execution. You will partner extremely closely with the client, to ensure successful delivery-while maintaining independence and eliminating conflicts of interest. This role will be a hybrid position where the ideal candidate will be within 2 hours of the projects location.

We are partnering with a fast-growing, nationally recognized commercial real estate advisory firm seeking a Senior Project Manager (Owner's Representative) to support large-scale construction across a diverse portfolio. This organization has spent over 15 years building and delivering best-in-class outcomes for tenants and buyers.
With over 6 million square feet of active construction projects and individual project budgets ranging from $30M to $500M+, this is a high-impact opportunity to join a team scaling rapidly across 14+ locations nationwide.
This position will act as an Owner's Representative, managing complex construction projects from planning through execution. You will partner closely with brokers, architects, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery-while maintaining independence and eliminating conflicts of interest.
This is not a coordination-level role-we're seeking a polished, experienced professional who can operate as a trusted advisor on high-visibility projects.
Description
- Serve as Owner's Representative on large-scale construction and TI projects
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution across multiple sites
- Manage relationships with GCs, architects, engineers, and external consultants
- Partner with internal brokerage teams while maintaining project independence
- Oversee capital projects including industrial, distribution, and advanced manufacturing facilities
- Ensure alignment on scope, cost control, and delivery timelines
- Provide leadership and mentorship where applicable
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- Must be within 2 hours of McHenry, MS
- 8-15+ years of construction/project management experience
- Strong background as an Owner's Rep, or with a General Contractor plus Owner-side exposure
- Experience managing large, complex projects ($30M-$500M+)
- Familiarity with commercial real estate, tenant improvements, and capital projects
- Ability to operate independently and interface with executive stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, communication, and leadership presence
- Exposure to defense, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale industrial projects
- Track record supporting national portfolios or multi-site programs
