We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join a growing construction team within the construction industry in Pittsburgh. This role focuses on estimating, takeoffs, and submittal processes to ensure project success and cost efficiency.

Description

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Perform material takeoffs and quantity analysis to support project planning.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bid proposals for approval.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment on estimates.
• Maintain documentation and records of all estimates and project updates.
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk management strategies.
