Superintendent - Commercial Construction
This is an opportunity to join a growing commercial GC delivering interior projects across Miami and Broward. You'll take ownership of fast-paced builds ranging from restaurant to Class A office spaces, working closely with leadership in a hands-on environment.
Client Details
Our client is a South Florida-based general contractor founded in 2018 by a former senior leader at a top ENR firm. They focus on ground-up and interior commercial projects and have built a strong pipeline across Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. With a lean team and multiple recent hires, they are now scaling and investing in long-term growth.Description
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on interior projects ($100K-$3M)
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
- Run projects from start to finish with minimal oversight
- Coordinate closely with PMs and ownership
Profile
- 7-8+ years of commercial construction experience
- Background in interiors (restaurant, office, healthcare preferred)
- Experience working in a smaller GC environment
- Ability to run full-cycle projects independently
Job Offer
- $100K-$125K base salary
- 5-10% bonus + strong long-term growth
- 90% healthcare coverage + 401K (4% match)
- $500/month vehicle & cell allowance
