Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for commercial projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate bids
• Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and labor rates
• Review and negotiate subcontractor bids
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving strategies

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Sage, Bluebeam, or similar)
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
