Assistant Project Manager - Ground Up Multifamily
A leading GC in Northern MA is actively hiring for an Assistant Project Manager to join their team! Looking for an experienced APM with a background in Ground Up projects - ideally Multifamily. Please apply ASAP if interested!

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support project reporting and communication with clients.
- Assist in managing resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.

Profile
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- 3-5+ years in APM position
- Ideally - background in large ground up Multifamily
- Experience with Procore and related construction software
- Bachelors Degree in Construction management or related field
- A background in construction or property project management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
