We're partnered with a highly respected general contractor headquartered in Memphis seeking an experienced Travelling Superintendent. This individual will lead onsite construction activities for ground‑up healthcare and light industrial projects across multiple states, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule performance.

- Lead onsite field operations for ground‑up healthcare and light industrial projects
- Oversee subcontractors, site logistics, daily activities, and quality control
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards across all job sites
- Maintain and update project schedules in coordination with Project Managers
- Create accurate daily logs, photo documentation, and progress reports
- Conduct onsite meetings with owners, design teams, and inspectors
- Identify and resolve field‑level challenges proactively to keep projects on track
- Travel regularly and remain onsite for extended project durations
Profile
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong background with ground‑up healthcare or light industrial projects (preferred)
- Ability to manage all field operations independently
- Excellent scheduling, communication, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Proficiency with field tools like Procore, Bluebeam, and related software
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay on long‑term assignments
