CNC Manufacturing Engineer
Assist in introducing new products and projects into the company, beginning with customer-provided prints and models. Develop in-house fixturing, programs, and process documentation to ensure a smooth handoff to production. Additionally, support continuous improvement initiatives for existing products already in manufacturing.

Our Client is a precision manufacturing company specializing in the production of complex, close-tolerance components and assemblies.
Description
- Design parts, fixtures, and gauges using SolidWorks
- Source and order necessary tools and materials
- Develop detailed process and tooling documentation
- Program and edit CNC toolpaths using Esprit CAM
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for production
- Test and validate new multi-axis CNC programs on the shop floor

Profile
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs IE Word and Excel
- Prior experience in CAD Software Solid works preferred
- Prior knowledge of CAM software a plus
- Understanding of geometric tolerancing and ASME Y14.5 M-2009
- Background in firearms or aerospace environment a plus
