Superintendent - Multifamily Developer

Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day construction site activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Work closely with the Superintendent to oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and provide solutions to maintain efficiency.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, promoting a safe working environment.

Profile
