Real Estate Paralegal
The real estate paralegal supports attorneys by preparing and reviewing documents including contracts, closing packages, title commitments, and deeds. This person will also coordinate with clients, lenders, and title companies to manage deadlines, conduct due‑diligence tasks, and ensure all required filings and documentation are completed accurately.

This small regional law firm based in Bucks County, PA has 4 offices with 32 attorneys, and supposrts diverse legal services, including business law, litigation, environmental law, and estates/trusts to clients in PA, NJ, and beyond.
Description
- Prepare, review, and organize real estate legal documents, including contracts and closing statements.
- Conduct title searches and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist attorneys with real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and leases.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence related to real estate matters.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, and other third parties to gather necessary documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide summaries to support case preparation.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.
Profile
A successful Real Estate Paralegal should have:
- 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing real estate legal documents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
