We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join a team in the financial services industry. This role focuses on managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships.

Description
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.
- Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and provide account updates.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve processes.
- Generate regular reports to track collection efforts and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations during all collection activities.
- Support the development of strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquent accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Profile
A successful Collections Specialist should have:
- Experience working in accounts receivable or collections, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions effectively.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools to manage accounts and generate reports.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data accurately.
- Problem-solving skills to address payment issues and billing discrepancies.
