Description

• Manage bid processes, including soliciting and evaluating subcontractor proposals.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and present detailed preconstruction reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Support the transition from preconstruction to construction by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
