Specializing in tilt-wall, light industrial, storage/ distributition facility construction and are known for our ability to execute complex concrete and structural projects on aggressive timelines. Due to strong project demand, seeking an experienced Tilt-Wall Superintendent to join growing team in Lake Worth.
Description
The Tilt-Wall Superintendent is responsible for the on-site management and coordination of tilt-wall construction projects from start to finish. This individual will lead field operations, manage subcontractors and labor crews, and ensure all work is performed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications and design intent.
Profile
5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years specifically in tilt-wall construction.
Strong knowledge of concrete forming, rebar placement, and panel erection sequencing.
Proven track record of managing field operations on tilt-wall or large concrete structures.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience using project management software and digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites in the Palm Beach County area.
