Description

• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and material records.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Train and mentor on-site staff to promote a high-performing team environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in managing construction projects within the property industry.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $115,000 annually.
• 10 days PTO/ year
